sea swim of 300m out around mussel floats, all in chest deep water.<br /><br />Bike; approximately 7km bike ride from Pohara camp, turn left up Pohara Valley Rd then turn right to climb up Falconer Rd. From 2010, there was a change of the bike course, but this is through private land, and is not open for training. Please respect this and do not try and practice here.
